Power Yoga Basics
Perfect for new students who are looking to create a yoga practice in the power style. Introduces you to the fundamentals of power yoga through breathe work & alignment. Modifications are offered throughout this practice and the flow is paced respectively to student’s ability.
A welcoming class for Mama’s to begin a yoga practice. Calm your mind while preparing your body to carry and deliver baby. This flow helps strengthen specific muscles based on your changing body. Feel comfortable knowing these flows are designed specifically for Mama throughout all stages of pregnancy.

Dynamic Gentle Yoga
A flowing sequence moving purposefully at a comfortable pace. Find flexibility and coordination while strengthening your body and mind. Gentle yoga is a fantastic way to decompress after a busy day and a great complement to your other fitness practices.

This is a gentle class with props and chairs to create a safe and comfortable environment. Modifications are always offered to meet the specific needs of each students. Create more flexibility and mobility in your body by encouraging relaxation in your mind while strengthening your muscles and joints.
